Go Golf Events Management produces events, concentrating our efforts to the charity and not for profit sector. Specializing in the hospitality arena, with a focus on awards banquets, consumer events and golf tournaments, Go Golf will create and produce an event that meets your criteria. Offering creative suggestions for the corporate client looking to wow their guests, or working with a volunteer committee to host an event with a fundraising or charitable component, Go Golf will support the committee in all their endeavours, to produce an event that is sustainable, long term, and successful. From the behind the scenes administrative support, to the front of the line leadership roles the Go Golf Team can be there in any capacity you choose.

Since 1995, Go Golf Events Management has been BC’s leader in producing and executing corporate and charity events. Not just golf tournaments, but awards ceremonies, charity galas, fundraisers, corporate and client appreciation events. Go Golf Events Management has grown each year by improving its turnkey planning service, adding more unique event day services and products, and offering high-quality golf gifts, tee prizes and photography at the best prices around. Our suppliers and associates are part of our mandate to give back to the community. All suppliers’ savings are passed directly to you, the client. No mark up on suppliers invoices – all commissionable services are reflected in a discount or savings passed onto the charity.

Go Golf Events Management mission is to make your event planning enjoyable in every aspect leading up to the event, and for all of the guests, players, sponsors and volunteers to walk away with a first-class experience on event day. This is accomplished by being a one-stop resource for venue negotiation, the pricing and invitation game plan, sponsorship levels and opportunities, customized gifts, golf apparel and accessories, on-course services and products, and one-of-a-kind prize packages.

Go Golf Events Management started with the concept to help businesses, associations and non-profits plan, coordinate and run their annual charitable events. This service has been growing in popularity, as has the use of the events, banquets, casino nights and golf tournaments as a marketing tool for many area businesses and associations.

We are happy to call some of the provinces most influential corporations our associates. We provide turnkey services from site selection to full event management. We take the time to understand your goals for the event so that we are able to produce a first class product and let you continue with your business as usual and actually enjoy the day of the event.

Go Golf Events Management comes to you! A Go Golf Events Management tournament director will meet with you and be your single point of contact all the way through your event day, and beyond. Our team will also be on-site at your event, setting up, managing, and insuring the seamless production of your event. For golf tournaments we coordinate sales & registration through to organizing the post-tournament banquet. Tournament scoring using LeaderBoard Services, displays the name of each player in your tournament, your sponsor logos, photos of the on course action, and provides the committee with a take away CD with photos and results. Capture Action is part of our team, ensuring every golfer has a unique souvenir photo to take away after the tournament – their golf swing in four stages – which keeps the tournament memories fresh year round, ensuring sell out events year after year.
