Our telephone policies
We always try to answer your call on the first ring.
If you go to voicemail, the reasons are:
- We are on the phone with a client, giving them the same undivided attention you will receive
- We never answer the phone when we are in a meeting
- We will never put you on hold to answer another call
- We always have time to speak to you, for as long as you need
- We will return your voice message within 48 hours

Event days, our clients and guests take precedence, hence the reason for any untimely responses
